MLB's Houston Astros' Minor League catcher Luke Berryhill today (7/21) released his debut Country single, "Dance On It." Berryhill is a rising star in the Astros organization, having been named Minor League Player of the Year in 2021, and scoring an invitation from the big league club to this year's spring training. The song, his first recorded single, was written with Alex Dooley, Brian Carper and Daniel Kleindiest, with the latter also serving as producer. The Georgia-born Berryhill has spent the baseball off-seasons honing his Country music chops and writing with Nashville writers, where he also caught the ear of Nashville's Banner Music.

Berryhill said, "I started playing shows during the off-season. Now I’m taking the next step in my music journey by recording songs. I’m so excited to release the very first one and hope Country fans love it as much as I do."
